All persons intending to attend SCC2016 must register for the Conference, including abstract authors and session chairpersons. Please read the below registration information before you complete the online Registration Form. Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Conference Managers.

Registration Information
Please read the below tabs carefully for all required information on registration for the Sydney Cancer Conference 2016.
Entitlements
The Conference Registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:
- All sessions
- Satchel Bag
- Conference social event ticket
- Catering: morning tea, lunch and afternoon teas for all Conference days
Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Student registrants are entitled to the following

- Catering: morning tea, lunch and afternoon teas for all Conference days
Please note: A copy of your student identification card must be sent to the Conference Managers via email. Without this copy being received, the full registration fee will be charged.
Procedure
Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.
Name badge
Each participant of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to the social function. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Please contact the Conference Managers via email if you are interested in registering ten (10) or more individuals.
Payment Options
Credit Card
Please visit the secure online registration form to register for the Conference and book your accommodation in ‘real time’. Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.
Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.
Cheque / Money Order
All payments by cheque incur a $10 processing fee.
Cheques are to be made payable to SCC2016. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.
Cheque payments will only be accepted until Friday 5 August 2016. After this date, all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing via email to the Conference Managers.
Registration Fees:
Cancellations before 22 June 2016 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations before 11 August 2016 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
Cancellations after 12 August 2016 there will be no refund.
Accommodation:
A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation. One nights deposit is non-refundable at 22 August 2016.
Social:
Payments are non-refundable at 22 August 2016.
Disclaimer
The program is correct at the time of publishing. The Conference Managers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisations nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
